README.Unix.txt and README.Windows.txt (MinGW, MSYS) instructed to
execute `NOCONFIGURE=1 ./autogen.sh` which is no longer necessary
(a simple `autoconf` does the job).
Remove files misc/config.guess and misc/config.sub because they are
no longer needed: these files are now in th FLTK root directory
available. Remove all references to these files.
Fix .gitattributes accordingly. Also exclude the .github folder
from exports, for instance when creating distribution tarballs.

- remove obsolete svn '$Id$' tags from all source files
- update .fl files and generated files accordingly
- replace 'http://www.fltk.org' URL's with 'https://...'
- replace bug report URL 'str.php' with 'bugs.php'
- remove trailing whitespace
- fix other whitespace errors flagged by Git
- add and/or fix missing or wrong standard headers
- convert tabs to spaces in all source files
The only relevant code changes are in the fluid/ folder where
some .fl files and other source files were used to generate
the '$Id' headers and footers.

These files don't need to be in released tar balls.

Note: we recommend `git config core.autocrlf true'.

This is preliminary. These files will probably be added again after
the real migration to Git. Needs more investigation.
