This addresses some issues pointed out by GitHub Issue #875. Documentation lacked details about Fl_Multi_Label assignment and correct memory handling. The new methods - Fl_Menu_Item::image_label(const Fl_Image *) and - Fl_Menu_Item::multi_label(const Fl_Multi_Label *) provide a cleaner interface to assign images and Fl_Multi_Label's to menu items. examples/howto-menu-with-images.cxx: carify some issues, fix leak, and use new Fl_Menu_Item::multi_label(const Fl_Multi_Label *).

Previously (FLTK 1.3.x) the return value of a checked menu item was FL_MENU_VALUE (4) but the docs warned explicitly: "You should not rely on a particular value, only zero or non-zero."

- remove obsolete svn '$Id$' tags from all source files - update .fl files and generated files accordingly - replace 'http://www.fltk.org' URL's with 'https://...' - replace bug report URL 'str.php' with 'bugs.php' - remove trailing whitespace - fix other whitespace errors flagged by Git - add and/or fix missing or wrong standard headers - convert tabs to spaces in all source files The only relevant code changes are in the fluid/ folder where some .fl files and other source files were used to generate the '$Id' headers and footers.

Some labeltypes and boxtypes were missing a #define for the enum without a leading underscore and the corresponding setup function to initialize the internal table of boxtypes and labeltypes, for instance _FL_MULTI_LABEL. This is now fixed so (hopefully) all boxtypes and labeltypes can and _should_ be used w/o leading underscore. 2004-06-07The first menuitem in a menulist would not honor teh MENU_INVISIBLE flag.Matthias Melcher
I added the function Fl_Menu_Item::first() whi returns the first visible menuitem, just like ::next() returns the next visible item, and added the ::first() call in the Menu code. first() is an inline function that calls next(0).
