The new function fl_write_png() was moved to its own file and is now publicly available ("exported") so other programs can use it. This function was used in fluid to write a window screenshot (.png) together with a template (.fl) to preferences storage.

- remove obsolete svn '$Id$' tags from all source files - update .fl files and generated files accordingly - replace 'http://www.fltk.org' URL's with 'https://...' - replace bug report URL 'str.php' with 'bugs.php' - remove trailing whitespace - fix other whitespace errors flagged by Git - add and/or fix missing or wrong standard headers - convert tabs to spaces in all source files The only relevant code changes are in the fluid/ folder where some .fl files and other source files were used to generate the '$Id' headers and footers.

Also disabled the referenced by/from systematic inserts for each functions as this is more a core developer documentation feature than a fltk user manual feature, also saves many pages. 2001-11-19OK, lots of changes to the Fl_Image, Fl_Bitmap, Fl_Pixmap, and Fl_RGB_ImageMichael R Sweet
classes: new copy(), copy(w,h), desaturate(), color_average(), and inactive() methods, alloc_xyz member for copied data, etc. Updated test programs to use inactive() and copy() methods to create inactive images for the test buttons, plus the inactive button to toggle it... Added start of separate image classes, a la 2.0, for various image formats.
