2013-01-13Mac OS: added support for the text input feature introduced in OS 10.7 ↵Manolo Gouy
"Lion" where pressing and holding some key opens a window with possible accented characters. This feature is used by the Fl_Input_ and Fl_Text_Editor widgets. User-defined text input widgets can optionally use this feature, but the default behavior is to not use it. FL_LEFT_BOTTOM, and FL_RIGHT_BOTTOM align outside labels first to the side, then to the top or botton, filling a gap in possible alignment. 2010-01-16Extended Fl_Widget::align_ flag from 8 bits to full (unsigned) size forAlbrecht Schlosser
later extensions (currently all 8 bits are used). Moved the align_ flag to the internal Fl_Label struct (where it should be). There are no API changes, though.
