Updated email addresses to point to fltk.org domain... Updated README and CHANGES files accordingly. Updated makeinclude and Makefile files to put -L../lib before the LDFLAGS/GLDFLAGS to avoid problem reported by Alexander. documentation/Makefile wasn't including makeinclude. Fixed browser bug in item_width() - would read past the end of the string under certain circumstances. FLUID makefile referenced LDFLAGS, but we only define CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS. Fl_Browser::item_height() didn't handle blank lines (returned 2 for the height).
