Tested the variations: cmake .. -- examples and cairo off cmake -D FLTK_BUILD_EXAMPLES=on -- examples on, cairo off cmake -D FLTK_BUILD_EXAMPLES=on -D OPTION_CAIRO=on .. -- examples on, cairo on When examples are 'on', they build into the bin/examples directory.
