with VisualC2008. Works w/o errors and warnings for Release build, but issues lots of warnings about "missing debug info for referencing module" for Debug build (I have no idea how to solve these). Fixed unittests(d).exe name (was: unittest(d).exe). Added missing custom build rule to tree.fl in Release mode.
