By defining boxtypes with underscores, box
drawing cod ethat was not used was not linked,
but with the introduction of themes, all boxes
are available at all times. Reducing complexity.

- center (sub)menu arrow as good as possible
- adjust arrow sizes in Fl_Counter widget
- refactor "oxy" arrow drawing and centering in widgets

The "choice arrow" used two "down-arrows" which was different than
all the other schemes. Changed to up-arrow and down-arrow to make
this more consistent.
The exception is the default scheme (none or base) which uses only
one down-arrow.

- change drawing arrows from lines to polygons
- remove superfluous functions
- add more comments

This commit is similar to the patch given in STR 3477, oxy_v5.diff:
