2015-03-01Improve Fl_Tiled_Image drawing, scheme background setup, and documentation.Albrecht Schlosser
Fl::scheme("plastic") now correctly sets the background image width and height to 0, which causes the background image to fill the whole window. Fl_Tiled_Image drawing was partly broken. Offsets (cx, cy) were not used correctly, and some other inconsistencies with arguments were possible. 2015-02-11Fix window icon when set before Fl_Window::show() - Windows only.Albrecht Schlosser
The window icon was reset during show() if it was set before show(), because Fl_X::make() didn't check the new RGB image icons.
