Wrote wrong path in #inlude statement under certain
conditions. Also removed 'snap' tag if not needed.

See test/buttons for an example.

Also fixes an issue with multiple use of the same variable
for different types of i18n.

All fluid .fl files have been rewritten with fluid 1.3.3 and may differ
somehow, but there are no significant changes.

creating labels based on foreground or background color, you should load the colors *before* creating the user interface. This is done by calling:
Fl::args(arc, argv);
Fl::set_system_colors();
