Subject: Doxygen pdf manual: + 'Oxygenized' the frontpage by adding some more
 spaces between paragraphs + Added punctation and more cosmetics to make it
 look good. + Updated the fltk.pdf manual so that it reflects all recent
 fltk-book.tex changes.
