macOS: Fix installing partial 'FLTK.framework' (#961)
... which is not a real macOS "Framework".
Note that users building and *installing* FLTK should either install in
a fresh directory or delete the entire 'FLTK.framework' tree if they
are reusing an existing install directory because it will not be
deleted by subsequent installs.
