Fl_FileXYZ -> Fl_File_XYZ
Fl_HelpXYZ -> Fl_Help_XYZ
Fl_File_Chooser now supports directory choosing.
Added fl_dir_chooser() function.
Now set FLTK_DOCDIR env var in test/demo.
