Mac OS: The Fl_mac.cxx test
if (winclass != kHelpWindowClass)
is now replaced in Fl_cocoa.mm by its exact equivalent:
if ( w->border() || (!w->modal() && !w->tooltip_window()) )
so that tooltip windows are handled as in carbon.
