Wayland: Fix "heap-buffer-overflow" error
- replace strchr() with memchr() because buffer is not nul-terminated
- fix '*(p+1)' potentially accessing memory out of bounds
This fix also prevents
- multiple memmove() calls
- multiple searches from the beginning of the string
