Rename altsvgrast.h to its original name nanosvg.h and use a new GitHub fork of nanosvg to maintain FLTK specific patches. https://github.com/fltk/nanosvg The diff files (altsvgrast.diff and nanosvg.diff) are no longer necessary and have been removed.
