- Added a README.IDE file under the ide subdirectory describing what project dir to start from depending on the ide product.
Supported up-to-date ide environments should be placed under the ide directory, other broken ide should be moved to an ide/unsupported subdir at least for now. - Updated the README file consequently, also replaced the contributors list by a reference to the CREDITS file. git-svn-id: file:///fltk/svn/fltk/branches/branch-1.3@6538 ea41ed52-d2ee-0310-a9c1-e6b18d33e121
